Guy Needs More Help With Cocky Comedy Approach

I have one question, and want to share some personal CC lines with rest of the guys. These
are good in supermarkets, pharmacy, etc... 1. When i go in, i just say 'hi' to girl which
work there. After few minutes, i go to her and say 'do you remember me?' - 'no, from where
we know each other?' - 'before 5min i said hi to you... and you don't remember me? do you
know what's your name?' - 'ha ha ha' 2. When cashier give me change, a say: 'i can trust
you, right?' - 'ha ha ha, count it, if you don't trust me' - 'no, it's ok... you look
honest...i'll trust you... this time' 3. Or in pharmacy when i go in, and she says 'what
do you need?' - 'yes, do you have some pills to over-dose myself?' or 'Yes, six boxes of
condoms...but psssssssssst! don't say anyone!' 4. When she work in supermarket, i'm just
looking around, and she is looking at me. Then i say to her 'don't worry, i didn't intend
to steal anything, although, maybe i look very dangerous to you...' 5. If she says 'i
am in really serious relationship already 2 years' - 'really?... go marry him then... if
you are so desperate...' I have your On being a man and CC programs, and they are very
good, although i'm progressing quite a bit slowly... because it's not very easy for me to
change the way i was thinking last 10 years or so. But i'll to that, for sure! Now, the
question... if i see girl is ON, she laughs and everything, i ask her e-mail, and she
doesn't have it, that i say 'well...do you have telephone than?', and she says
'yes......but i can't give to you...', i say 'why?? because, you don't know me?' - 'ha ha
ha...', and still she doesn't wont! What should i do? What can i say to her, and she will
say OK? I really can see she is into me, she smiles, she said 'i can't give it to you,
although you came in good time... i'm in bad relationship right know...', but she is
playing hard to get, thats for sure. Is there anything to do/to say, that this wont ever
again happen, and that every girl will give me their number after these 'i can't, maybe
next time, blah, blah, blah...'? I would be very thankful to you, for this piece of
